You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused/unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. This effectively avoids stock shortages in specific sizes or colors.

For deliveries destined within the European Union, you have a legal right to a 14-day withdrawal window to return the item without providing a reason. The same standard conditions apply: the item must be unused/unworn, tags intact, in original packaging, alongside valid proof of purchase.

We will inform you as soon as your return has been received, verified, and if the refund is officially approved.
Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the transaction.

Cancellation is only possible on the same day of purchase until midnight.
